With the opening of bpostHQ in October 2021 and adjustments made due to COVID-19, we had the perfect chance to improve the lives of our employees in offices and in the field. Our main focus was empowering our employees to shape their work lives and achieve their own definition of success, all while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

We have carefully considered the experience of our mail carriers, such as Jacob, the truck driver at bpost. Upon receiving a notification for an upcoming performance review, Jacob efficiently requests feedback from colleagues and managers, while also reviewing the objectives set during his previous performance review.
Employee Onboarding
Smooth onboarding is crucial for both employers and employees, requiring careful planning to ensure seamless integration into the company. With the I.Move App, we aim to provide new joiners at bpost with everything they need for a successful first day, first week, and first months, ensuring a positive and productive start to their journey at bpost.
For employees on the move
Mail carriers and truck drivers, such as Sonja and Jacob, face unpredictable situations while working in the field. To ensure their well-being, the app offers comprehensive incident coverage, efficient problem reporting, and immediate emergency support. Our goal is to provide essential assistance and support for those working in challenging environments.
